In order for us to give you an accurate quote we need some information from you.

Please contact us with as much of the listed information as you can and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

First, we need to see the design that you’d like embroidered.

If you have an electronic copy of your logo, send it to us in an email. See our See our Embroidery Art Guidelines for information about electronic file formats. If you only have a hard copy (i.e. a picture on a piece of paper), we may be able to use it, but there will be art fees associated with setting your logo up.

Our art department can help you create a new design if you would like us to. If this is the case, give us some basic information on what you are looking for (i.e. number of colors) and we’ll have our artists create a new custom logo for you.

Also, we need information on how many, and what, locations you would like embroidered on your garment.

For example, let us know if you would like something embroidered on the sleeve, center chest, left chest, etc. If you are unsure about locations, ask us and we can help you decide what is best for you.

Next, we need a description of the garments you would like embroidered.

We need to know the type of garments (i.e. polos, jackets, backpacks, etc.), the material (i.e. cotton, polyester, etc.), and the color of the garments. Each of these variables can have drastic effects on how we sew your logo.

It’s okay if you don’t know exactly what you are looking for in a garment. We have literally thousands of garments to choose from and, with a little information from you, we can find the perfect garment for you. If you need to find a garment, check out our online catalog.

We also need to know how many garments you would like embroidered.

Our pricing is largely based upon volume, so we need to know at least an estimate of how many garments you will want embroidered.

Lastly, we need to know when you need your order by, if you’ll need it delivered, shipped or if you’ll be picking it up.

Rush orders are available, as well as delivery and shipping services, but a fee may apply.
