What is embroidery?
Embroidery is the process of creating a textured design by sewing thread directly onto a garment. With our in-house machines we are able to produce just about any logo, from basic logos with a few hundred stitches to complex logos with thousands of stitches. Embroidery is a long-lasting form of decorating that should not wear over time or with frequent washings. Embroidery is a great way to add a classy touch to your work attire, whether it is jackets, hats, polos or sweatshirts.

What is embroidery digitizing?
Embroidery digitizing is the process of translating a logo into a sequence of stitches that can be used by an embroidery machine. We are proud to do all embroidery digitizing in house.
What can be embroidered?
Embroidery can be performed on most fabrics. However, there are some size and detail limitation. Feel free to contact us and ask whether we can embroider your logo on your desired garment.
What format does Action need my artwork in for embroidery?
Just about all artwork formats are workable, but some are better than others. Some formats will need to be recreated and there may be a fee associated.
Can Action create art for me?
Yes. We are proud to have two expert graphic design artist on staff and in-house. You can call or email us with your ideas, or if you’re local, you can make an appointment to come in and sit with one of them and watch them create your design.
Is there a minimum that I have to order?
Action Embroidery has no minimums. However, pricing structure is based upon volume. So, as you go up in volume, the price-per-piece will go down.
How does pricing work?
Embroidery pricing is based on volume, locations and stitch count. In order to offer our customers the greatest value, each job is quoted individually. What would the turnaround time be for my order?
Our usual production time is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. Rush service available upon request.
