Katie Brouner

Office Finance

Katie Brouner started working at Action Embroidery part-time back in December of 2008. In the first few years, she worked in the embroidery department and soon moved into sales and customer service. As the company continued to grow and expand the next obvious step from sales was to move into Office Finance. She couldn’t stand giving up her three favorite customers so she still continues to work with Renown Hospital, Nevada Wolf Shop and Bucket of Blood Saloon. Katie is a Jack of all Trades within the office, so if she isn’t purchasing product, sending invoices or keeping the books balanced, you can find her helping out other departments and lightening the mood with her notoriously bad jokes.

Katie spends her free time at the yoga studio, where she is slowly learning how to turn into a pretzel. As many others who live in Reno, Katie loves to spend her weekends discovering forests, lakes and deserts. She also enjoys hanging out at home crafting handmade needlepoint that she sells at a local store in Reno, NV. A fun fact is that her art has been featured in Wearables Magazine.
